Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, promoting partnership and collaboration across functions to strengthen team performance and achieve shared goals.
- First point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
- Support a diverse client portfolio spanning Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Materials, Quality, and Programs in a General Manager model environment.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
- This role includes direct people leadership responsibility, with accountability for coaching, development, and performance management.
- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
- Explains information, developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years HR experience) + minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience

The base pay range for this position is $101,000-$134,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 11th, 2026.
