Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with line managers to align HR initiatives with operational and commercial strategies.
Actively contribute to business planning by forecasting workforce needs and supporting organizational changes.
Drive performance and talent development cycles, including appraisals, development plans, and succession planning.
Identify skill gaps and implement training and upskilling initiatives to support frontline and middle-management capability.
Lead recruitment for operations and supply chain roles, ensuring timely placement of high-quality candidates.
Ensure consistent and structured onboarding processes that build early engagement and productivity.
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters across production, logistics, and commercial units.
Maintain positive labor relations and advise on union or collective issues where applicable.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture across all functions.
Ensure HR policies are consistently applied across teams and fully compliant with labor laws and internal guidelines.
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and support audit and reporting requirements.
Partner with payroll and HR admin to ensure timely and accurate HR operations delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 5-7 years in HR management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HRBP positions in multinational matrix organizations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and negotiations with Unions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and people management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
Analytical and strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
High integrity, diplomacy, and discretion
Ability to coach, advise, and influence at various organizational levels
Fluency in English
Lead and support the annual HR cycle: objective setting, performance reviews, development conversations
Coordinate and implement the learning plan for frontline teams
Recommend process improvements to enhance HR service delivery
Build a strong, collaborative HR presence within operations
