Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
- Successfully execute all HR Cycle processes (Objective Setting, Talent Review, Mid-Year, Talent Development Plans, Annual Salary Review, budget management, organizational structure, etc.) and ensure HR system updates are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop innovative people strategies and design approaches that deliver business value and create an environment for employee satisfaction.
- Oversee administration of payroll and benefits programs, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and provide guidance to employees and managers on people policies and practices.
- Be the go-to person to coach leaders and advise individuals on employee relations issues, talent management, payroll & benefits, internal mobility and getting the most value out of each employee.
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations, as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in HR as a generalist, with recruiting experience, in startups or globally-dispersed companies preferred, knowledge of l Labor Law and local regulations.
- Ability to work independently, navigate and maintain productivity in a matrix environment.
- Comfortable moving at a rapid pace and taking business strategies into organizational planning that result in successful outcomes both for the business and the workforce.
- Ability to persuade and influence leadership on people matters.
- Collaborative, resourceful, detailed, analytical, and strong sense of urgency with a 'let's / can-do' attitude.
- Had work on fast-paced and uncertain environments
- Fluent English language proficiency
