On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an Human Resources Business Partner.
Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with business leaders and management teams to align human resources strategies with organizational goals. The HRBP provides strategic and operational HR support, including, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.Implement talent development and succession planning initiatives
- Identify skill gaps and support leadership development programs
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Support performance review processes and provide coaching to managers. Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
- Support implementation of HR programs and initiatives across the business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably including HR business partnering
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
