Reporting directly to the HR Manager - Turkey, you will act as a strategic and trusted partner to plant leadership, ensuring that HR initiatives align with organizational objectives. Your expertise will cover the full spectrum of HR, including:
- Employee onboarding, engagement, and relations
- Reward and recognition programs
- Talent management and development initiatives
- Workforce planning and performance management
- Organizational design and change management
- Legal process management
- Business Partnering to leadership team
- Employee communication

How you will do it- Partnering with managers to strengthen talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and HR policies
- Managing HR records, Workday queries, and reporting processes
- Facilitating training programs and career development opportunities

What we look forRequired
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles, with proven expertise in business partnering, workforce planning, performance management, pay review, talent management and development, and employee relations & engagement within a manufacturing organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation
- Ability to generate statistical analyses and HR reports
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
