As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy, partnering with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. If you’re passionate about making an impact and influencing positive change, this is the role for you! This role is remote, ideal candidate preferred to be based in Texas with up to 20% travel.

What You’ll Do

•  Be a True Business Partner – Work alongside managers, supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business goals.
• Drive Change & Improvements – Execute change management initiatives, optimize HR processes, and lead readiness activities to prepare for future challenges.
• Stay Connected to the Workforce – Be a visible and approachable presence, fostering engagement and building strong relationships.
• Leverage Data for Decision-Making – Use insights to inform HR strategies, improve processes, and drive workforce success.
• Manage Core HR Responsibilities – Oversee HR administrative processes, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Partner on Talent Strategy – Work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Champion Culture & Engagement – Support initiatives that strengthen our culture and create exceptional employee experiences.

EDUCATION REQUIEREMENTS

• Bachelor level degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related degree is required.
• PHR or SPHR designation is preferred.
• An advanced degree is beneficial but not required.

EXPERIENCE

• 5-7+ years of HR experience.
• Professional certification strongly preferred. 
• Comprehensive skills in current Microsoft Office software. 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $95,000 + 5% STIP medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
