Human Resources Business Partner
The Blackbaud People & Culture Team is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) professional to join our team. You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on HR related topics. A successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent while anticipating and communicating HR-related needs proactively. It is important that the HRBP maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture, and its competition. This role will focus on these responsibilities for the Customer Success organization withing the Costa Rica employee workforce. This position reports to the Human Resources Director.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with leaders to thoroughly understand the company's human capital needs.
Help create and execute a plan to meet our talent targets.
Partner with leaders and HR team to build a great place to work.
Help create a work environment where employees are valued and can be successful in their commitment to serving customers well.
Lead and educate client groups through core HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation planning, pulse surveys, compliance).
Provide insightful data to guide their decision making and provide proactive solutions.
Provide the client group with various types of employee reports, data analysis and recommendations including compensation, stock, job levels, turnover and others as needed.
What you’ll bring
A minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-tech environment or relevant HR experience.
Skilled in Employee Relations, ensuring efficient coordination and resolution.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities and tactical HR work.
Flexible work style and approach based on client needs.
High degree of proficiency with Power Point and Excel.
Success utilizing data, analysis, trends, and reports to drive business needs.
Ability to think and execute with excellence in the areas of employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development and more.
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
