Job Summary 

Raytheon Emirates is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced defense environment. This role offers the opportunity to work within an international, multicultural workforce 

The HRBP will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives across multiple programs, support business reporting and executive-level briefings, and coordinate key activities and engagements across locations. 

This position is ideal for proactive, agile HR professionals looking to make an impact in a complex and multicultural environment within the defense sector. 

What You Will Do:  

  •  Partner with leaders to align and execute people strategies with business objectives. 

  •  Embed RTX values into people and business processes to strengthen talent development and employee engagement. 

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. 

  • Advise managers on organizational structure, roles, reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling. 

  • Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and talent mobility to meet current and future business needs. 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the business to proactively identify workforce challenges and opportunities. 

  • Translate business priorities into practical HR strategies and solutions aligned with organizational needs. 

  •  Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen leadership capability and team performance. 

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and employees. 

  • Support leaders in building high-performing teams through effective collaboration, team dynamics, and employee engagement. Support High-Performing Teams 

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of relevant HR experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. 

  • Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders, managers, and/or program teams. 

  • Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations. 

  • Experience partnering across multiple HR functions to develop and implement integrated HR solutions. 

  • Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural environment. 

Qualifications We Prefer 

  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent. 

  • Previous experience within the aerospace, defense, engineering, or technology industry. 

  • Experience working in a matrixed or multinational organization. 

  • Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple countries or locations. 

  • Experience with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics/reporting, preferably Workday. 

  • Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent development, or organizational design. 

  • Strong understanding of local employment practices and HR requirements within the UAE.
