About the role

As a trusted partner to our leaders, you'll play a key role in driving people outcomes across talent, engagement, performance, capability and organisational effectiveness.

You'll work alongside leaders to navigate people challenges, identify opportunities and deliver initiatives that build stronger teams and support business growth. Whether you're coaching a leader, supporting workforce planning or using people insights to drive action, you'll help create a culture where our teams feel supported, empowered and inspired to do their best work.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven HR Business Partnering experience within a large, fast-paced retail environment 
  • A passion for coaching leaders and building capability 
  • Confidence managing complex people matters and providing practical HR advice 
  • Strong commercial thinking and an ability to balance people and business outcomes 
  • Experience using data and insights to influence decisions and drive action 
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
