What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Human Resources Business Partner - Stores, you’ll play a key strategic and operational role in shaping Hibbett’s field strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
Partner with field leadership to align talent strategies with divisional goals, supporting organizational performance and long-term growth. This includes traveling with your field leader up to 40% of the time.
Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance, effective conflict resolution, and a positive work environment.
Develop and drive HR programs related to performance management, organizational development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
Use data and HR metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and recommend solutions that impact productivity, retention, and employee engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about contributing to our mission to inspire self-expression from toe to head. The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 10+ years of HR experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, talent development, and employment law.
Proven ability to coach, influence, and collaborate with executive and field leadership across a dynamic, multi-unit organization.
Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
