About this Opportunity:
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven HR Business Partner to support our Technology and Shared Services teams at a critical stage of growth. Reporting directly to the VP of HRBP, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders — connecting people insights to business outcomes, shaping a healthy, high-performing culture, and helping us build the talent pipeline we need for the future. This is a role for someone who moves beyond transactional HR. You bring analytical rigor to org health, use engagement data to drive real change, and are ready to step into succession and workforce planning conversations.
For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Lehi, UT
FinTech experience preferred. Familiarity with the pace, regulatory environment, and talent dynamics of the FinTech space will help you hit the ground running.
Lead regular org health reviews for supported business lines, surfacing trends in engagement, attrition, and team effectiveness
Translate engagement survey data into targeted action plans with business leaders; track progress and iterate
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to inform quarterly business reviews and leadership decisions
Partner with Leaders to identify critical roles, high-potential talent, and development gaps
Support the design and execution of succession planning cycles, including readiness assessments and development planning
Collaborate with L&D and Talent to align talent investments with business priorities
Serve as the primary HR advisor to business leaders across two distinct lines — building deep familiarity with their structures, goals, and people challenges
Counsel managers and senior leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning
Drive implementation of HR initiatives — from policy rollout to culture programs — ensuring adoption and impact
Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment; conduct thorough investigations and partner with HR leadership when needed
Coach managers through corrective action, performance management, and difficult conversations
Ensure consistent, equitable application of policies and federal/state employment law across your client groups
Experience. 5+ years in an HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist role, ideally supporting technical or fast-moving business units
Industry. Background in FinTech, financial services, or high-growth tech strongly preferred
Analytics mindset. Comfortable working with people data — you ask questions of the numbers and build a narrative leaders can act on
Talent planning. Hands-on experience supporting succession planning, talent reviews, or workforce planning processes
Stakeholder credibility. Proven ability to build trust with all levels of leadership and influence without authority across an org
Education. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
