POSITION DESCRIPTION:Step into a career‑building HRBP role at Creation Technologies, a fast‑moving electronics services provider where people and innovation power everything we do. This is onsite position 5 days per week during regular business hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
Partner with the HR Leaders to implement and support HR strategies that meet site-specific goals.
Provide guidance on basic HR topics such as policies, procedures, and employee relations under the direction of the HR Leader.
Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and support informed decision making.
Help administer core HR programs (performance management, engagement, onboarding, etc.) at the site level.
Participate in employee relations investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions as needed.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and support on HR-related issues.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) with benefits, talent acquisition, and Learning & Development activities to ensure consistent HR support and compliance at the site.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Required Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Human Resources certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP) is desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide support to employees and managers.
Skills Required
HR systems proficiency: Proficient in using basic HR information systems and common office software tools.
Data support capability: Able to manage routine HR data tasks and generate reports to support team needs.
Employment law knowledge: Familiar with fundamental labor laws and basic compliance requirements.
