Bringoz is seeking a talented, hands-on individual to manage daily operations, on a part-time basis, during a maternity leave period. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is people-oriented, service-minded, and detail oriented.

Bringoz is a growing startup that provides a SaaS-based delivery logistics platform for shippers and carriers with end-to-end, scalable delivery and planning infrastructure, enabling them to compete in today’s demanding landscape.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Track and follow up on employee evaluations
- Monitor employee attendance, vacation days, and sick leave
- Provide assistance with monthly employee payroll reporting
- Manage the HR budget
- Handle billing and customer invoicing processes
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of HR Experience, particularly with onboarding, offboarding and monthly reporting. Additional HR experience is an advantage.
- High-level English and Hebrew proficiency, both written and spoken
- Proactive & Service-oriented
- Highly organized, ability to prioritize, attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
