🤝 Our Internal Customers: You will bridge the gap between human resources and corporate operations by closely supporting All Employees (for payroll, benefits, and grievances), Department Managers (for recruitment and performance coaching), and Executive Leadership (for organizational planning and culture). 💼

🔍 Key Responsibilities

👥 Talent Acquisition & Selection: Screen applications, create and post job advertisements, schedule interviews, administer and score applicant tests, conduct initial interviews and background checks, and handle pre-medical referrals.

🚀 Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Conduct new hire orientations to explain company policies, benefits, and procedures; and continuously keep track of and send reminders for employee performance evaluations and regular check-ins.

🎓 Internship & OJT Program Management: Handle and oversee the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for students completing their internship requirements for academic credit; manage university coordination and intern documentation.

🗂️ Personnel Records & Document Management: Maintain, update, and audit physical and digital 201 files; complete internal HR forms, logs, and records; and accurately handle sensitive and confidential employee details.

📝 Employee Relations: Monitor and handle employee grievances; and draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and official corporate memos/announcements.

🔌 Utility & Bills Management: Monitor, track, and manage all corporate utility bills (electricity, water, telephone, and internet) across all company assets; and monitor mobile load/data allocations for company lines to ensure zero service interruptions.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Education: Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent field.

⏳ Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in an HR or administrative capacity.

🛠️ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE standards is required. Must be computer literate, capable of accurate report generation, and possess a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

✨ Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail 🔍, outstanding spoken and written communication skills 🗣️. Must be patient, tactful, diplomatic, approachable, and highly capable of maintaining absolute confidentiality while handling sensitive situations calmly 🧘
