🔍 Key Responsibilities👥 Talent Acquisition & Selection: Screen applications, create and post job advertisements, schedule interviews, administer and score applicant tests, conduct initial interviews and background checks, and handle pre-medical referrals.
🚀 Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Conduct new hire orientations to explain company policies, benefits, and procedures; and continuously keep track of and send reminders for employee performance evaluations and regular check-ins.
🎓 Internship & OJT Program Management: Handle and oversee the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for students completing their internship requirements for academic credit; manage university coordination and intern documentation.
🗂️ Personnel Records & Document Management: Maintain, update, and audit physical and digital 201 files; complete internal HR forms, logs, and records; and accurately handle sensitive and confidential employee details.
📝 Employee Relations: Monitor and handle employee grievances; and draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and official corporate memos/announcements.
🔌 Utility & Bills Management: Monitor, track, and manage all corporate utility bills (electricity, water, telephone, and internet) across all company assets; and monitor mobile load/data allocations for company lines to ensure zero service interruptions.
🎓 Qualifications🎓 Education: Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent field.
⏳ Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
🛠️ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE standards is required. Must be computer literate, capable of accurate report generation, and possess a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
