About the role: 

We are looking for a friendly, organized, professional, and adaptive Human Resources Associate to join our growing office. You will work with the HR team to support the seamless onboarding of employees and assist with tasks to ensure HR compliance.  You will facilitate the completion of required HR forms and benefits enrollment, improve procedures and streamline administrative HR tasks, draft new hire communications, maintain and organize electronic files and information, and complete other duties as assigned. Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working on teams to accomplish tasks, someone who likes to proactively solve problems and who enjoys some variety in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Undergraduate degree 
  • High academic achievement 
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship 

Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $70,000-$80,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool.  

This position is based in our Washington, DC office. Capstone is in-person Monday through Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
