Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within Human Resources Management System (Paycom), ensuring personnel files, documentation, and employment data are complete and up to date
- Validate onboarding for Core and Temp Workers and hire into HR Management System
- Process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for rehires, terminations, and other employee updates
- Review, reconcile, and process invoices related to HR
- Administer and facilitate new hire orientation
- Provide administrative support including generating reports, uploading documentation, and maintaining employee records
- Validate employee benefit enrollments, investigate and reconcile benefit discrepancies, and partner with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate coverage and billing
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners by delivering exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions
- Performs audits of various HR functions and recommends corrective action
- Assists with research and/or special projects

Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Data entry in software system
- 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience
- 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience in Human Resources department
- Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Problem solving
- Computer: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, HR Management System (HRMS)
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish, verbal and written
