Eastern Research Group, Inc. is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support our Human Resources department. Your primary administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Job Description:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases
- Maintain regular reports, logs, records, and spreadsheets
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Participate in a variety of HR projects
Qualifications and Skills:
- One to two years of administrative support experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, including Access)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility in schedule and workload
