Design web and mobile experiences through user research, usability testing, wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and visual designs. Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps, marketing, and sales teams to apply UX/UI guidelines and improve digital experiences. Maintain UX documentation, incorporate feedback, and support responsive website and application design using modern design systems, prototyping tools, and front-end technologies.

Prospect and engage potential customers by phone and email, book qualified demos, support Account Executives with lead handoffs, overcome objections, and maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data. The role involves learning Bectran’s SaaS products, meeting monthly sales targets, improving sales processes, and developing strong product, industry, and competitive knowledge in a metrics-driven environment.

Lead or assist customer implementations, collect and analyze customer requirements to design features and prioritize roadmaps, run online product demos, and provide technical/business support via phone, email, and support tickets.

Monitor and triage security alerts, investigate logs, track vulnerabilities, support SOC 2 compliance, maintain IAM, certificates, and WAF rules, and assist with AWS administration, CI/CD deployments, and automation scripting.

Serve as the primary technical contact for sales: analyze complex prospect requirements, design custom workflows and architectures, lead product demonstrations, conduct prospect visits and professional services, and relay market feedback to product. Support sales, product strategy, and implementation to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer outcomes.
