HR Assistant
We're seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This position provides administrative and operational support across a growing automotive organization and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR system data.
- Support benefits, leave administration, payroll, and employee relations processes.
- Serve as a backup support for new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Assist with department projects.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with compliance and various HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative or HR experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
