DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizes orientation, technical / non-technical training courses for our staff, sub-contractors’ employees and other Otis companies as when required.
  • Assists in coordinating countries program and maintain record.
  • Assist in monitoring External Training Scheme, Education Assistance Scheme and Otis Scholar Program
  • Assists in implementing training policies and procedures. Response to internal customers’ enquiries
  • Maintains the data management system and ensures that training records are easily retrieved and protected by regular back up.
  • Prepare Government document for training related schemes and ensure on time & accurate submission
  • Support in Inclusion and Belonging and other regional Talent CoE initiatives.
  • Coordinate wellness training program like Lunch and Learn, encourage participation through various channels
  • Performs responsibilities in compliance with the Otis Code of Ethics
