Job Description
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00
Essential Job Functions:
- Full cycle recruiting from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring
- Utilization of techniques to recruit candidates:
- Job boards
- Social media networks
- Employee referrals
- Career Fairs
- Partner with the Recruiting team to develop strategies that will support hiring goals
- Provide weekly report metrics to assess recruiting efforts and to support strategic recruiting decisions
Qualifications
- 2+ years related recruiting/Human Resources experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- An HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
- High level of planning and organizational skills
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of PC (Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated drive and ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to multi-task to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to occasionally work varied shifts/weekends and travel to assist at other facilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
