Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding process, from document verification to system entry;
- Handle vacation management: eligibility control, scheduling, verification, and coordination with managers;
- Monitor electronic time tracking: resolve discrepancies and provide support to employees;
- Support payroll processing by verifying data and ensuring accuracy of operational information;
- Work closely with the HR Specialist on labor compliance routines and internal support;
- Ensure employee records and documentation are up to date and organized in the system;
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in People Operations roles.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Deep knowledge of admission and termination practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing contracts and legal documents.
Bonus Points
- Experience with digital HR tools.
- Prior experience in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with legal technology solutions and e-discovery tools.
