Our HR Advisors are responsible for supporting the full employee life cycle including recruitment, employee relations and change projects for their defined employee groupings.

Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:-
- Working with a defined business area to provide a full HR advisory service and guidance on a range of employee issues
- Managing employee relations cases including providing professional advice, attending meetings and preparing and issuing accurate documentation whilst ensuring adherence to company policies
- Acting as a trusted partner on recruitment requirements including setting up advertisements, sifting CV’s and interviewing candidates, coaching managers on best recruitment practice and issuing offers of employment in line with agreed terms and conditions
- Managing the HR administration for the defined business area including sickness absence monitoring, payroll input, new starter and leaver processes
- Reporting of monthly trends, actions and issues and suggesting solutions to the business
- Working with the HR Business Partner on various projects
To be successful in this role you will need:-
- CIPD qualification Level 5 or above would be an advantage
- HR Advisor experience, ideally gained in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- A passion for building relationships, the strength to challenge working practices whilst striving to deliver a professional HR service

Skills Required
- Experience working as an HR Advisor
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
