Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a HR Administrator to work at our food processing facility in Avon, NY! This role provides administrative support to the Plant Human Resources department. Performs duties in some, or all the following functional areas: payroll, attendance, and employee relations. In this role, the incumbent provides day-to-day administration and execution of HR policies, programs, and procedures within the factory.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-payroll validations and confirm payroll is ready to be processed.
- Serve as payroll and time/attendance resource; duties may include administration of hourly attendance policy, logging and tracking of disciplinary actions, perfect attendance list maintenance, and coordination with other departmental staff to ensure data accuracy.
- Organize, update, and maintain plant communication monitors and boards.
- Orders and stocks uniform t-shirts.
- Administration of HR processes including but not limited to unemployment claims, recordkeeping, and other processes as required.
- Data maintenance of all employees in HRIS and employee files.
- Maintenance of Plant seniority list.
- Active member of the People Committee as defined in the PLD chapter of KHMS.
- Understand and apply KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) practices including operational standard ownership/support, problem-solving, etc.
- Administrative office duties which may include filing, assistance with meeting preparation, processing payroll deductions, and facilitating committees for employee functions.
- Facilitation of training including new hire orientation and standard compliance training.
- Coordinate employee engagement and communication plans and activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong computer skills which also include a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Experience related to payroll.
- Administrative experience preferred.
- Kronos experience preferred.
- Prior experience with an HRIS database is preferred.
