The Autism Society of North Carolina is looking for a detail-oriented Part Time HR Administrative Assistant to support onboarding, compliance, reporting, records management, and day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you’ll help keep processes organized, employee information accurate, and the employee experience smooth from start to finish.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, potential opportunity to be hybrid after appropriate training period ends.
What You’ll Do:

Support onboarding, rehiring, offboarding, benefits orientation, and new hire orientation logistics.

Create, update, and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, including Paycom, HR Cloud, Relias, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.

Prepare and distribute recurring HR reports, audits, compliance tracking, and data updates.

Manage filing, scanning, document uploads, employment verifications, HR mailings, invoices, and other administrative support tasks.

Partner with HR, IT, employees, and managers to provide timely, professional support.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new HR systems and software.

Collaborative, service-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

High school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of relevant experience required; HR, onboarding, compliance, payroll, or employee records experience preferred.
