Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing
• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, job descriptions, and orientation materials for new employees.
• Maintain personnel records and employee databases.
• Ensure timely completion of staff induction and probation processes.
Employee Relations and Welfare
• Serve as the focal point for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Promote a positive work environment and foster staff engagement and well-being.
• Administer employee benefits, leave entitlements, and attendance records.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
Performance Management
• Coordinate staff performance appraisal processes and provide support to supervisors.
• Monitor probationary reviews and annual performance evaluations.
• Support managers in addressing performance gaps and implementing improvement plans.
• Maintain records of staff achievements, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Training and Capacity Development
• Identify staff training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Organize orientation programs, workshops, and capacity-building activities.
• Maintain records of training attendance and professional development activities.
Payroll and Administration
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, attendance records, and leave schedules.
• Coordinate staff documentation related to insurance, pensions, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files and HR records.
• Support administrative functions and office operations as required.
Policy Compliance and Labor Relations
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Review and update HR policies, staff handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Support investigations and disciplinary processes in accordance with organizational policies.
• Promote safeguarding, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Reporting and Documentation
• Prepare periodic HR reports on staffing, attendance, recruitment, and training activities.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Support audits and provide HR-related documentation when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
