Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Singapore and other Asia-Pacific regions to meet the talent needs of various business departments.
• Identify and attract top talent through multiple channels, such as social media, job boards, industry events, etc.
• Assist the HR team in establishing overseas human resource management standards.
• Collaborate with HR teams in China and the West to ensure HR practices are effectively implemented in Singapore.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent pools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in overseas recruitment or human resource management, with experience in multinational companies preferred.
• Familiarity with the international recruitment market and talent trends, including strong market insight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
