Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution driven Senior HR Manager to build and lead the people systems of one of India’s fastest growing luxury architecture studios.

This is a leadership role responsible for building structured HR frameworks, scalable people processes, and a high performance organizational culture aligned with the precision and ambition of Simran Boparai Archtelier.

HR Strategy and Leadership

• Design and implement long term HR strategy aligned with firm growth
  

• Act as a strategic partner to founders on organizational structure and culture
  

• Build leadership pipelines and succession frameworks
  

HR Systems and Automation

• Lead implementation and optimization of HR tech including Zoho People and Zoho One ecosystem
  

• Digitize employee lifecycle workflows from hiring to exit
  

• Build HR dashboards and performance visibility systems
  

Policies and SOP Development

• Create structured HR policies and governance frameworks
  

• Draft and enforce SOPs across hiring, onboarding, performance, discipline, and compliance
  

• Establish documentation standards and internal controls
  

Talent Acquisition and Bench Building

• Hire top tier talent from leading firms and institutions
  

• Build strong hiring pipelines and employer branding
  

• Ensure timely substitutions and continuity across roles
  

Succession Planning

• Maintain ready successors for all critical roles
  

• Build leadership redundancy and continuity planning
  

• Identify high potential employees and build growth tracks
  

Performance Management

• Implement structured performance review systems
  

• Build KRAs, accountability scorecards, and evaluation matrices
  

• Enable a culture of ownership and measurable excellence
  

Culture and Governance

• Build a disciplined yet aspirational work culture
  

• Handle sensitive HR matters with maturity and confidentiality
  

• Ensure legal and statutory compliance
  

• 7 to 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  

• Strong hands on experience with HRMS platforms like Zoho
  

• Proven ability to build HR systems, policies, and SOPs from scratch
  

• Experience in succession planning and leadership pipeline development
  

• Strong documentation and policy drafting capability
  

• High ownership mindset with execution discipline
  

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  

• Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams
  

Preferred

• Experience in architecture, design, consulting, or founder led firms
  

• Exposure to HR automation and digital ecosystems
  

• MBA in HR or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory)
