About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with HR documentation, reports, and compliance tracking
- Provide general administrative support.
- Assist in managing administrative and operational tasks to maintain an efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
