About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on experience in how HR actually works inside a growing company.
You’ll work closely with the HR team across intern hiring, HR operations, employee coordination and day-to-day people processes.
What You'll Do
Hiring & Recruitment
Own hiring for interns across different functions at AMINU.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, colleges, referrals and other channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR calls.
Coordinate interviews, assignments and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain hiring trackers and ensure the recruitment process moves smoothly.
Coordinate offers, joining formalities and pre-boarding for selected candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential intern candidates.
HR Operations
Support the HR team with day-to-day employee operations.
Maintain employee records, documents and HR trackers.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Coordinate with employees and managers on attendance, leave and other HR processes.
Support HRMS-related activities and ensure employee information is updated accurately.
Assist with internal HR communication and announcements.
Support employee engagement activities and team initiatives.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
Follow up with employees and managers on pending HR requirements.
Coordinate with vendors on compliance and hiring
Help improve and streamline existing HR processes.
Support the HR team on ongoing people-related projects.
