About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team through analytics, reporting, and insights generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, and translating numbers into meaningful business insights.

What will you do: 

Talent Acquisition (TA) Analytics

  • Assist in maintaining and updating TA dashboards capturing multiple data points across the hiring lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).

  • Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, funnel conversion rates, offer-to-join ratio, and cost-per-hire.

  • Consolidate hiring data from various sources and curate structured reports for leadership review.

  • Support workforce planning and demand forecasting through data analysis.

  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements based on data insights.

Learning & Development (L&D) Analytics

  • Track learning effectiveness metrics (participation, completion, assessment, feedback scores, behaviour change indicators)

  • Build meaningful and professional L&D and Employee Engagement dashboards using AI and analytics tools for leadership reviews

  • Generate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with clear insights and trends

Reporting & Research

  • Curate, consolidate, and present data in structured reports and executive summaries.

  • Support in creating visual dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Google slides and other tools.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, timely reporting, and strong attention to detail.

  • Assist in automating manual reporting processes wherever possible.

  • Be savvy in experimenting with and exploring AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, automate workflows, and derive meaningful insights.

What are we looking for:

Must have:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Management, Human Resource or a related field

  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills to confidently engage stakeholders and deliver HR interventions

  • Data-oriented with the ability to track, analyze, and report training and engagement metrics accurately.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative 

  • Ability to embrace and adapt to change in a fast-paced, hybrid environment 

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work, easily changing direction as needed 

  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality 

  • Comfortable working in a variety of computer systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
