Looking to turn your HR coursework into real-world experience? As an HR Graduate Intern, you’ll work closely with our HR team to support meaningful people initiatives, gain exposure to core HR operations, and build skills you’ll actually use in your career - all while being supported by an experienced HR Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You won’t be stuck just observing - this role is about doing, learning, and growing.
Support day‑to‑day HR operations for our Business Unit or Headquarters teams
Use HR systems and tools to process employee data and ensure accuracy
Help with HR projects and company-wide people initiatives
Create reports and dashboards to support HR and leadership requests
Assist with HR audits and documentation when needed
Help plan and coordinate HR meetings, events, and leadership sessions
Track engagement survey results and help build action plans leaders can use
Create training materials and presentations for leadership calls
Support retention, succession planning, and career development initiatives
Analyze people data and turn it into insights and presentations
Jump in on additional projects as they come up—no two weeks look the same!

What We’re Looking For:
Currently enrolled in a graduate-level Human Resources program
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working with different teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
Able to work independently with guidance and feedback
Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
Available to work 15–40 hours per week
Located in the Milwaukee area and able to work in-office
Authorized to work in the U.S.
