ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assists with HR service ticket system inquiries and requests, ensuring timely response and resolution.
Maintain electronic personnel files.
Reconcile benefit enrollment lists against payroll deductions and vendor bills.
Administers learning management system functions, including account creation, password resets, and monitoring orientation and training completion.
Supports the CVHS Employee Support & Success Program (ESSP) by assisting the Director of Administrative Services with program communications, employee awareness initiatives, and administrative coordination.
Assists with offboarding processes, including sending exit interview communications and sending benefit continuation communications for terminated employees.
Provides recruitment support by assisting with applicant tracking and serving as backup support for recruitment activities as needed.
Responds to employee inquiries regarding FMLA, benefits, and HR policies when the HR Coordinator is unavailable.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education, Training and Qualifications
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous human resource or administrative experience, preferred.
