Human Resource Executive

​

·    Handle logistics duties and other related duties.

·    Provide clerical and administrative support with  Human Resources Department and on assigned Key Accounts

·    Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

·    Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

·    Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes

·    Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

·    Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

·    Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

·    Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

·    Recruit and source candidates and update our database

·    Implementation Effective Recruitment processes

·    Identify trends and insights

·    Work with various content formats such

·    Implement and analyze performance metrics

·    Measure and assess goals

·    Provide internal reports on a regular basis

·    Build relationships with key employees among customers

·    Create plans to address clients’ business needs

·    Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

·    Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

·    Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products

·    Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
