We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support key business units and drive the organization’s people agenda in alignment with overall business strategy.
This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can operate at both strategic and operational levels — partnering closely with leadership to enhance workforce performance, strengthen employee experience, and ensure compliance with labour regulations in Ghana.
The HRBP will play a critical role in enabling business growth through effective talent management, performance culture, and sound HR governance.
Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives
Lead and coordinate recruitment activities including approvals, selection input, and offer structuring
Drive performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles)
Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
Provide guidance on compensation structures and employment terms
Manage employee relations matters and advise managers on workplace issues
Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices
Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR data accuracy
Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role
- Experience supporting multiple business functions in a structured organization
- Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Law, union negotiations, and HR best practices
- Experience in performance management, talent development, and compensation structuring
- Exposure to HR systems and data reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching capabilities
Skills Required
