As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy, partnering with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. You'll be embedded in the plant, working directly with employees and leadership to support a high-performing culture. What You’ll Do

•  Be a True Business Partner – Work alongside supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business goals.
• Drive Change & Improvements – Execute change management initiatives, optimize HR processes, and lead readiness activities to prepare for future challenges.
• Stay Connected to the Workforce – Be a visible and approachable presence on the floor, fostering engagement and building strong relationships.
• Leverage Data for Decision-Making – Use insights to inform HR strategies, improve processes, and drive workforce success.
• Manage Core HR Responsibilities – Oversee site HR administrative processes, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Partner on Talent Strategy – Work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Champion Culture & Engagement – Support initiatives that strengthen our culture and create exceptional employee experiences.

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIEREMENTS

• Bachelor level degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related degree is required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• 8-10 years HR experience 

• Professional certification strongly preferred 
• Comprehensive skills in current Microsoft Office software. 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $100,000 + 5% STIP medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
