Job Description:Provides consultative leadership on business challenges and associated people and organizational implications. Partners with management of assigned areas to advise on HR-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, human capital metrics, staff engagement, performance management, total rewards, and change management. This role serves as an integral member of the management team, providing strategic thought leadership and representing management needs to the collective HR community. Responsible for championing HR initiatives within the area. Collaborates with functional HR experts to leverage their knowledge as appropriate. Responsible for addressing employee relations matters and day-to-day collective bargaining administration as applicable.
Business Partners in level III roles typically support senior managers, directors, and executives. In a level III role, business partners are expected to handle complex HR assignments independently and provide guidance to other HR team members as needed. Assignments will involve a high level of complexity, risk, and scope, requiring significant experience and expertise in HR practices.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR management or related field
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
SPHR or PHR preferred
