Job Brief:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s workforce by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. Also ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent to support business growth while fostering a positive workplace culture.
This is a hybrid role based in Ghana
Duties:
- Source
candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Screen
resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate
the interview process with hiring managers.
- Onboard
new employees and ensure a smooth integration.
- Support
in developing and implementing HR policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and
conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and
staff welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company
policies, and data protection regulations.
- Organize training and development programs to
upskill employees.
- Foster a healthy workplace culture that aligns
with the company’s mission and values.
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, and
workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven
experience as an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity
with full-cycle recruiting.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making
skills. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
