Job Description
Due to continued growth across the region and with a robust pipeline of work in hand, we are now looking for another HR Advisor to join our Western Australian team.
As a HR Advisor, you will report directly to the HR Manager and provide generalist people management support to our employees. Your role will be to facilitate and support all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development strategies to create and maintain an engaged workforce.
Key accountabilities for the position:
- Providing advice and working with key leaders across all HR matters.
- Interpret and provide advice on EBA's, company policies, processes, and benefits.
- Champion HR and Training initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide input into team plans, project start-up and project policies.
- Working in collaboration with the wider HR teams and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and various employment laws and practices.
- Previous experience in Aboriginal Engagement initiatives, Training and Development as well as Industrial Relations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to maintain effective communication with all levels of the organisation.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management and planning abilities.
- The ability to influence, negotiate and motivate others.
