- Prepare and maintain HR reports such as headcount, manpower tracking, turnover, government submissions, and other management reports.
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist the HR Manager with reporting, audits, compliance, and other HR operational activities as required.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
