Summary: Our dynamic HCM Strategy team is seeking an experienced Vice President to drive global, large-scale transformational initiatives. As a Vice President, you will lead strategy, design and delivery of enterprise-wide HCM platforms and solutions critical projects from initiation to completion. A strong focus on integrating systems across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to retirement – will be essential. Responsibilities:

Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, leading the strategy, development, and launch of complex, large-scale database and data-intensive products, preferably within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated, fast-paced environment.

Strong foundational knowledge of data architecture concepts, including data structures, relational and non-relational data stores, data modeling, data warehousing architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and business objects/semantic layers.

Working proficiency with SQL and familiarity with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, including an understanding of schemas, data sharing, security, performance optimization, and data governance principles.
