Job Description
• Have at least 7 years of experience in IT Industry
• Data Conversion Experience - preferred min 2 years
Having FINS ERP domain knowledge
• Good SQL Knowledge
• Workday Certified - preferred
• B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple client’s conversion builds across regions.
• Work with North America/APAC Leads and coordinate conversion activities for each build
• Independently work on conversion activities for each build with expertise in HCM domain
• Guide and coach new colleagues in conversion team
• Work in extended hours to provide overlap with US leads and clients
