We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our HubSpot platform to support marketing, sales, and customer success operations. You will play a critical role in improving business processes through CRM optimization, marketing automation, and system integrations.
This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and technical skills who can translate business requirements into efficient workflows, reporting systems, and CRM configurations within HubSpot.
What will be your responsibilities?• Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, and custom properties.
• Design and implement automation workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and customer success processes.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into marketing and sales performance.
• Maintain CRM data quality through data governance practices such as deduplication, validation rules, and data hygiene.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions.
• Support marketing automation initiatives including email campaigns, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
• Manage and support integrations between HubSpot and other internal or third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and optimize existing workflows and automations.
• Provide internal support and guidance to teams using HubSpot.
• Document processes, configurations, and CRM best practices.
• Stay up to date with HubSpot platform updates and recommend improvements to current processes.
• Work in an Agile environment with iterative delivery and continuous feedback.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and its core capabilities.
• Experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub.
• Proficiency in building workflows, automation, and lead management systems.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM data management and data hygiene best practices.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into CRM configurations and automation.
• Understanding of SaaS tools and CRM-driven business processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience managing CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
