We are looking for a technically proficient and operationally minded HubSpot Administrator to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will own the day-to-day management of our existing HubSpot environment while partnering closely with our GTM organization to translate strategic initiatives into scalable CRM workflows and processes. This is a hands-on role with high visibility across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
What you'll do:
- Own and maintain the HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub configuration across users, roles, and permissions
Audit, maintain, and optimise existing workflows, sequences, pipelines, and automation to ensure continued reliability and performance - Manage data integrity through regular hygiene processes, deduplication, and field mapping reviews
- Administer integrations between HubSpot and adjacent tools in the GTM tech stack
- Monitor platform health and proactively identify technical debt or bottlenecks
- Partner with Sales Operations leadership to scope, build, and deploy HubSpot solutions that support GTM strategy
- Translate requirements from Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders into technical specifications and platform configurations
- Support sales process improvements through pipeline automation, deal stage hygiene, and activity tracking
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give GTM leaders clear visibility into pipeline, funnel conversion, and revenue metrics
- Enable new GTM motions, including PLG, outbound, or channel plays, by designing supporting workflows and data structures in HubSpot
- Act as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related requests and troubleshooting across the GTM organisation
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system changes
- Train new users and provide ongoing enablement to the sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices
- Collaborate with RevOps, IT, and Finance on cross-functional projects requiring CRM data or automation
