The Role

VIP is seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator to join our Sales Team. This role combines administrative support for sales operations with the expertise to manage and optimize the marketing, sales and customer service platform, HubSpot. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM data, supporting sales processes, and ensuring the effective use of HubSpot features for our sales and marketing teams.

Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid. This position will report to our office headquarters in Colchester, VT.

Starting Pay Range: $50,000-$70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Administration:
    • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within HubSpot
    • Serve as the point of contact for internal users regarding HubSpot questions and issues
    • Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows, process documentation, and reporting dashboards
    • Ensure data integrity through data import management, auditing, cleanup, and deduplication
    • Monitor system performance and user activity to identify areas for improvement
    • Create and maintain workflows to assist lead generation in the sales process
    • Analyze campaigns and digital assets performance 
  • Sales Administration:
    • Support sales operations by maintaining accurate CRM data and customer records
    • Prepare sales reports and performance metrics
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management and meeting scheduling
    • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaboration and Training:
    • Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
    • Provide training and guidance to users on HubSpot features and functionalities
    • Identify and implement continuous improvements to sales processes and HubSpot configurations
    • Maintaining and communicating marketing outreach activities with the sales team
    • Work one-on-one with sales reps to create targeted communications to their territories 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot across multiple Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful inbound marketing and sales strategies using HubSpot
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations and data management best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Certifications and Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Inbound Marketing
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Software
  • HubSpot Sales Hub Software
  • HubSpot Service Hub Software
  • HubSpot CMS for Marketers
  • Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience with SEO tools like Semrush or Moz
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
