The opportunity:
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Operational Execution training strategy and roadmap for the HUB. Lead or support the design, development, and continuous improvement of Operational Execution training programs. Build strong stakeholder and SME partnerships to ensure effective, scalable, and high-quality training across the HUB.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will support the development and implementation of the Operational Execution training strategy and roadmap for the HUB that align with long-term organizational and Hub goals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and integrate cutting edge practices and technologies into training solutions that meet stakeholder needs, contribute to the definition and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Operational Execution training initiatives, support the tracking and evaluation of KPIs.
You will lead or support the design, development, and continuous improvement of Operational Execution training programs, incorporating industry trends, technologies, and best practices to meet stakeholder needs across various teams and across the HUB, assist in resource allocation, including personnel, materials, and budgets, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of training programs, support the implementation and optimization of standardized training processes and leverage appropriate tools to ensure the efficient, consistent, and scalable delivery of Operational Execution training programs across the HUB.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their training needs and gather feedback, facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration to support awareness, effective development, delivery of training programs, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) regarding Operations to gather expertise, validate training content, and ensure technical accuracy.
You will contribute to the continual improvement of Operational Execution training programs and processes within the HUB by helping evaluate their effectiveness, identify areas for enhancement, promote best practices, utilize feedback and performance data to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of training initiatives in collaboration with HUB Training and BU Operational Execution Training Managers, contribute to the definition of operational skills required for various roles within the HUB through comprehensive job task analysis, support implementing assessment options to evaluate skill levels, support assessment processes to identify strengths and gaps, supporting and linking targeted development initiatives.
You will gather stakeholder input, conduct training needs analysis, and utilize data to prioritize initiatives, collaborate with SMEs to validate training content and ensure technical accuracy, implement and sequence BU driven training programs and content to meet identified objectives.
You will Determine the most effective training methods and deployment approaches, track, manage, and evaluate training data within the Learning Management System to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement, build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and gather feedback and contribute to the creation of standards, processes, and tools to ensure consistent training delivery.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Degree in Education, Psychology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational training, technical instruction, or talent development.
Strong project management skills to design large-scale training initiatives and manage resources effectively.
Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training strategies and programs.
Analytical thinking to assess training impacts, identify gaps, and propose practical, innovative solutions. Be able to travel for business 30% of the time.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
