Our team was created in 2016 and is unique in Wilhelmsen's global structure. We operate with agents in 350 ports in 80 countries all over the world. We are still growing hence we are looking for communicative and motivated colleague who will support us in our daily tasks. Join our team in Szczecin which consists of 10 talented HUB Cruise Coordinators.

What you will support us with :

• Collecting data from nominated Agents to estimate costs of port calls 

• Cooperation with Local Agencies to provide all required information 

• Checking final cost breakdown for their accuracy towards the guidelines, tariffs, contracts 

• Coordination of required clarification process 

• Arranging payments from the Customer to Local Ports in cooperation with other departments 

• Contacting all parties in a professional way to build positive and close relationships. 

This role is a perfect challenge for you if you have: 

• Good command of English: verbal and written 

• Computer literacy 

• Ability to draw conclusions from the performed tasks 

• Team player as well as independent work attitude 

• Experience from a Customer Service position will be an asset
