Position Summary
The Hub Coordinator follows the direction of the Lead Driver and/or Project Coordinator and is responsible for coordinating daily operations, driver scheduling, administrative support, inventory control, and vehicle program logistics. The Hub Coordinator represents Kett Engineering in a professional manner while ensuring efficient execution of operational activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build, maintain, and follow up on daily and weekly driver schedules.
· Coordinate driver assignments and communicate schedule changes as needed.
· Perform stable office administrative tasks Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend support as required.
· Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
· Manage SSD hard drive storage, inventory control, tracking, packaging, and shipments.
· Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for equipment and program materials.
· Support Lead Drivers and Project Coordinators with operational logistics and reporting.
· Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office and testing supplies.
· Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding scheduling and operational updates.
· Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and confidentiality procedures.
· Assist with vehicle program administration and special project assignments as required.
· Participate in process improvement initiatives to support efficient hub operations.
· Maintain a professional work environment and represent Kett Engineering positively.
REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
· Previous experience in a coordinator, administrative, logistics, scheduling, or operations support role preferred.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
· Experience coordinating schedules and following up on assignments.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
· Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
· Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing inventory and shipment tracking.
· Ability to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.

· Complete required training and follow company procedures and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working in automotive testing, fleet operations, logistics, or transportation environments.
· Experience with inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
