Operate and prepare test vehicles for durability and validation runs at a proving ground. Perform vehicle inspections, check fluids and tires, collect data via acquisition systems, document results, follow engineering protocols, charge EVs as needed, and work varied shifts including weekends and overtime.

Manage site operations for vehicle testing programs: schedule tests and staff, hire and onboard personnel, maintain safety and quality, track performance metrics, produce reports and dashboards, handle administrative tasks, perform basic hardware/software troubleshooting, and serve as primary customer and emergency contact during testing.

Coordinate and drive benchmarking programs from planning through delivery: manage scope, roadmaps, risks, logistics, cross-functional stakeholders, and project reporting. Build analytics and visualization tools to support decision-making and ensure milestones are met.

Lead public road-load data collection using DAQ systems; configure and record onboard CAN and external sensors; manage field logistics and driving; perform daily data integrity checks and uploads; document instrumentation, wiring, and calibrations; clean and analyze data (nCode or similar); troubleshoot instrumentation; follow EV high-voltage safety protocols; collaborate with durability teams.

Support on-road vehicle durability testing by maintaining customer fleets, performing software flashes and hardware swaps, using manufacturer diagnostic tools, implementing updates, recalibrating offline modules, documenting changes, and following safety procedures.
