In this Hub Administrator role, you will support impactful brain and mental health research and clinical activity. You will coordinate operations, engagement and research administration, shaping a high-performing, values-driven psychology research environment. 

What you will deliver:  

  • Provide high-quality operational, finance, facilities and recruitment support for the Brain and Mental Health Hub. 

  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel, communications and documentation, including agendas, minutes, databases and records management. 

  • Support clinic and research activity through grant administration, ethics applications, lab logistics and participant payments.

  • Maintain websites, newsletters and social media, promoting hub achievements and engagement with internal and external partners. 

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems, ensuring compliance with University policies and safety requirements. 

You may be a great fit if you:  

  • Hold a completed degree and substantial relevant administration experience, or equivalent education and training. 

  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, managing competing deadlines across operational, engagement and research support activities. 

  • Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, students and external stakeholders. 

  • Use MS Office confidently and learn new University systems quickly to support efficient hub operations. 

  • Show initiative and independence in problem solving, prioritising tasks and improving administrative processes within guidelines. 

  • Display interest in psychology and research environments, including clinics, laboratories and interdisciplinary collaboration.
